Client records and transactions are confidential, unless release of these records is authorized in writing by you, the client, or otherwise provided by the law.

Making Appointments

A credit card number or an advanced payment is required to hold and confirm an appointment. All deposits for services are non-refundable.

Cancellations, Missed Appointments and Rescheduling Appointments

I do my best to accommodate all requested schedule changes. All changes must be made at least 24 hours before the day of the appointment.

Clients making cancellations, missing appointments or rescheduling on the same day or less than 24 hours will be charged for the time scheduled for that day, because I will be unable to utilize that time to schedule in another client upon such short notice.

This is being done to ensure that appointment times are being best utilized. If enough advance notice is given, then I am able to schedule clients efficiently. Practitioners better serve clients when appointment times are being kept.
